Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end hiring for
sales & business development roles
Lateral hiring across field sales, inside sales, and key accounts
Sourcing through Naukri, referrals, and active headhunting
Screening, interviewing, and coordinating with sales leaders
Maintaining hiring metrics and pipeline health
Must Have:
Proven experience in
sales hiring only
(healthcare preferred)
Strong understanding of
sales profiles, targets, and incentives
Ability to close candidates in competitive markets
Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills
Good to Have:
Experience hiring for
Inside Sales, Business Development, Field Sales.
High-volume and lateral hiring exposure
