We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
with. The candidate will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow across multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination
Handle employee onboarding and induction processes
Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and documentation
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)n
