We are a fast-growing jewellery company based in Mumbai, seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with
a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
to manage recruitment across various roles including Accountants, Sales Executives, and Backend Staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
Source and attract candidates through job portals such as Indeed, WorkIndia, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic and in-person interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant department heads.
Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates to support smooth onboarding.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and hiring documentation.
Assist with day-to-day administrative and office support activities as required.
