Experience: 2-4years' preferably in a similar role
Responsibilities
Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Job portals, professional connections websites)
Handling Blue collar hiring
Use various sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Monitor and report key recruitment metrics
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on board
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in HR
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast and efficient manner.
Should be proficient in MS office
Travel to our preschool Center's as and when required
Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace.
Experience in working on tasks individually.
