Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
Requirements:
Experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with job portals and ATS tools.
