The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's workforce needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment life cycle, building strong candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.Use multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to source qualified candidates.Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle.Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.) and prepare recruitment reports.Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.Support onboarding activities as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Coordinator; agency or in-house recruitment experience is a plus.Familiarity with ATS systems and HR databases.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and full-cycle recruiting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.Key SkillsTalent sourcing & acquisitionInterviewing & candidate assessmentATS managementCommunication & negotiationRelationship buildingTime managementDecision-makingEmployer brandingApply now or tag someone who might be a perfect fit!
