Hiring HR Recruiter - BPO Hiring
Location: Mumbai (Andheri - East)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in BPO recruitment
Working Time : 10:30am - 7:00pm Mon - Sat (2nd & 4th Sat off)

We are seeking an HR Recruiter with HR Generalist exposure to manage end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordination, offer release, and closure. Prepare Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and CTC breakups. Manage onboarding, employee introduction, and induction processes. Handle exit formalities including Full & Final (F&F) settlement, relieving, and experience letters. Draft HR letters and support day-to-day HR operations. Maintain employee records and ensure HR process compliance.

Requirements

Knowledge of recruitment and HR generalist functions. Strong communication and drafting skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Graduate/Post-graduate in HR with 2-7 years of experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills Hands-on experience with sourcing and screening tools Ability to work independently as well as in a team Creative mindset and problem-solving attitude Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for BPO roles
Use job portals, social media, and referrals for candidate sourcing
Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups with candidates
Understand client requirements and deliver timely recruitment results
Contribute to the development of innovative hiring strategies
