Job Opening: Recruiter (Eventually later on evolving into Recruiter + HR Generalist) - HVS Hospitals

is a leading healthcare institution committed to excellence in patient care. With upcoming expansions across Mumbai and Pune, we are seeking a recruiter who can help us build a strong workforce while supporting HR operations, employee engagement, and grievance handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (Initially 80%):

Lead recruitment efforts to support

hospital & clinic expansions in Mumbai (Borivali, Ghatkopar, Thane) and Pune

. Manage end-to-end recruitment for medical, paramedical, and administrative roles. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and design hiring strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels. Maintain recruitment dashboards and talent pipelines. Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation of new hires.

HR Generalist (Initially 20%):

Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Handle employee grievances with empathy and ensure timely resolution. Support HR policies and compliance requirements. Maintain employee records and HRMIS updates. Assist in training and development initiatives.

Role Evolution:

Over time, the role will

transition into a balanced profile: 50% recruitment and 50% HR generalist responsibilities

, offering broader exposure to HR functions.

Flexibility Requirement:

Must be

flexible to work from hospitals based at Dadar, Borivali, Ghatkopar, Thane & Pune during the week

, depending on organizational needs.

Ideal candidates will be based near Andheri or along the route between Andheri and Ghatkopar

for convenient access to Mumbai units. Hospitals & Clinics based at Dadar (West, near station), Borivali (West, 1 to 2 kms from station), Ghatkopar (walkable from Jagruti Nagar Metro Station)

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Strong recruitment experience (hospital/healthcare hiring will be an added advantage). Knowledge of HR operations with focus on employee engagement and grievance handling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work across multiple hospital units as required.
