Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination.
Prepare and share offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR communication.
Handle joining and on boarding formalities for new employees.
Enter new joiner details and maintain employee records in Greythr.
Update and maintain the daily consumption sheet.
Manage employee documentation and file organization (physical & digital).
Support HR team with day-to-day operational tasks as required.
