Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Talent Acquisition (White-Collar Hiring)



Sourcing:

Proactively source high-quality "white-collar" candidates (corporate, technical, and managerial roles) using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster.

Screening:

Conduct thorough initial screenings and telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit, technical competency, and cultural alignment.

Negotiation:

Manage the entire offer process, including complex salary negotiations and explanation of benefits/incentives.

Interview Management:

Coordinate with department heads to schedule technical rounds and manage the interview pipeline effectively.

2. Employee Management & Documentation



Onboarding:

Manage the joining formalities and documentation for new hires (Offer letters, Appointment letters, KYC).

Database Management:

Maintain and update the Master Employee Database (Employee details, emergency contacts, and professional history).

Retention:

Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and foster a positive workplace environment

.



3. Operational Oversight & Performance Monitoring



Daily Task Tracking:

Monitor and check daily tasks of employees to ensure alignment with company goals and deadlines.

Time Management:

Track employee attendance, leave records, and overall office timings to maintain discipline.

Expense Management:

Review and verify employee business expenses, reimbursements, and office-related expenditures before approval.

Required Skills & Qualifications



o Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for professional interaction and email correspondence.

Portal Expertise:

Deep knowledge of Boolean search and advanced filtering on major job portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, etc.).

o Negotiation Skills:

Ability to handle difficult conversations regarding compensation and notice periods.

o Technical Proficiency:

Skilled in MS Excel (for task tracking/expenses) and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) software.

o Time Management:

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines and administrative tasks simultaneously.

Experience & Education



Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment and operations (whitecollar focus preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
