Job Summary

Focused on recruitment and talent acquisition, the Recruitment Executive will oversee the entire hiring process--from sourcing to onboarding--for Noble Plus retail stores throughout Mumbai and Pune.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

: Draft and post job descriptions Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and campus outreach Screen resumes and coordinate initial interviews Handle

offer and onboarding processes

: Conduct onboarding orientation, documentation, and induction Maintain effective

candidate communication

, scheduling interviews, sharing feedback Generate recruitment

metrics & dashboards

: time?to?hire, cost?per?hire, sourcing effectiveness, attrition, etc. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to forecast current and upcoming staffing needs Ensure strong

candidate experience

through timely updates, professional correspondence

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (any stream) Minimum

1 year

experience in HR recruitment Proficient in use of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Organized, data-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills Preferred local candidate (male preferred, per historical walk-in preference)

Work Details

Working Hours:

9.5 hours/day, 6 days/week (Sunday off), typically 10 AM-7:30 PM
