Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions Understand hiring needs and prepare accurate job descriptions Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews Coordinate technical and final interviews with hiring managers Manage candidate communication, feedback, and offer negotiations Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring metrics, and reports Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support HR operations including attendance, leave, and employee data management Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication Coordinate induction and training programs for new joiners Handle basic employee grievance coordination and escalation Ensure compliance with internal HR processes and statutory requirements Promote a positive candidate and employee experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment Hands-on experience with job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously Good understanding of technical roles and terminology Proactive, organized, and target-driven mindset

Preferred

Experience in IT services, software, or system integration companies Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tracking tools Female Candidates
