Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support onboarding activities and documentation
Post job openings on various platforms and track responses
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist in HR administrative tasks as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Internship or training in HR/recruitment
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices
