We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring and support talent acquisition initiatives aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring
Schedule interviews and coordinate feedback and offers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Support basic HR operations as required
Requirements:
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of recruitment or HR experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals and ATS tools
