Post job openings on portals and social media
Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews with clients
Maintain candidate records in ATS and update recruitment progress
Support onboarding and documentation processes with the Compliance Team
Requirements:
Freshers - HR academics background only
Other academics min 6months to 1 year experience in BPO / International Sales / TA or Recruitment
Good English communication skills
Basic understanding of recruitment or eagerness to learn
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
