Job Summary

Provilac is seeking a proactive and results-driven

HR Recruiter

with at least

2 years of recruitment experience

to manage

end-to-end hiring

across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience aligned with Provilac's values and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the

full recruitment lifecycle

for all positions at Provilac (junior to senior roles) Understand hiring requirements by coordinating closely with department heads and management Create and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and internal platforms Source candidates through job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels Screen resumes . Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Evaluate candidates and provide hiring recommendation Maintain and update the recruitment database and hiring reports Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining hiring quality Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum

2 years of proven experience

as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously Strong screening skills. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/job portals Good organizational and time-management skills
