AdviisorPad is expanding its recruitment team and is looking for
motivated HR Recruiters
who can manage end-to-end hiring across multiple mandates. This role is ideal for professionals who are execution-focused, comfortable with targets, and eager to grow in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closures
Work on bulk and lateral hiring mandates across BPO, Sales, Tech & Non-Tech roles
Source candidates via job portals, databases, referrals, and social platforms
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers
Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS
Ensure timely closures and adherence to hiring timelines
Required Skills & Experience
1-3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Experience with bulk hiring is an added advantage
Good communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
