Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, maintaining candidate databases, and managing relations with clients. The Recruiter will also manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing Skills
Experience in maintaining candidate databases and managing client relations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Requirements
06 Months to 4 Years of recruitment experience
Location: Vasai (work from office only)
Experience in IT recruitment is a plus
Good communication skills
