Job Summary
We are looking for an
IT Recruiter
to join our internal HR team. The role involves
end-to-end IT recruitment
, working closely with technical hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end IT recruitment
for technical roles
Understand job requirements from hiring managers and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
Screen and shortlist resumes as per role requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels
Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process
Manage offer rollout, negotiations, and joining formalities
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in
IT / Technical Recruitment
Knowledge of various IT technologies and roles
Hands-on experience with
job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience in internal hiring or IT staffing
Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
Ability to close positions within deadlines
