As an HR Recruiter at Realatte Ventures, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth objectives. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
Candidate Screening:
Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Interviewing:
Conduct interviews with candidates, assess their qualifications, skills, and fit with company culture, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
Extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiate terms as necessary, and facilitate the onboarding process.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring metrics.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other members of the HR team to support various HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role, preferably in the real estate or financial services industry.
Familiarity with recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
High level of professionalism and integrity.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
