Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition. Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, operations & support roles,
Source profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals & consultants,
Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage offer follow-ups,
Prepare and issue offer & appointment letters,
Handle joining and onboarding formalities,
Excel / MIS / HR Support,
Maintain recruitment MIS and trackers in Excel,
Prepare headcount, vacancy and joining reports
Maintain employee master data, attendance and payroll inputs,
Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong command over MS Excel
Ability to manage multiple positions and tight deadlines
Experience in bulk hiring preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
