Role: HR Recruiter

Own the hiring process from requirement intake to candidate onboarding Partner with business leaders to forecast and fulfill talent needs Source talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach Conduct initial screening interviews to assess fit and potential Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate hiring data Manage offer rollouts and pre-joining engagement Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills Ability to prioritize multiple roles in a fast-paced environment Clear, confident communication and stakeholder management Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and recruitment analytics

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
