HR Recruiter

with hands-on experience in

BPO hiring

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for

BPO voice & non-voice processes

Bulk hiring for

international & domestic BPO

Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals & calling Screening, scheduling interviews & follow-ups Achieving daily/weekly hiring targets Maintaining candidate data & reports

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience in BPO recruitment

Strong experience in

bulk hiring & closures

Good communication & convincing skills Ability to work with targets & timelines Immediate joiners preferred
