We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid-level, and senior positions
Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from department heads
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders
Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and joining formalities
Assist in onboarding activities and documentation
Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws
Support employer branding and recruitment drives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines
Basic knowledge of HR policies and recruitment metrics
Proficient in MS Excel and HR tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
