Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for trainers/consultants.
Coordinate and allocate trainers/consultants for ongoing projects.
Maintain and regularly update the trainer/consultant database.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding requirements, profiles, and project status.
Support resource planning, deployment, and scheduling activities.
Assist in onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
