Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

including sourcing, screening, coordination, and closures Source candidates through

job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks

Understand client requirements and deliver

relevant, quality profiles

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients Maintain candidate data, trackers, and recruitment MIS Ensure

joining confirmations

and reduce candidate dropouts Meet hiring targets and timelines
Mandatory Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a recruitment agency (Consultancy) in Nagpur

Hands-on experience with

job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

Strong sourcing and screening skills
Good communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work on

multiple positions simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
