Job Role: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and screening candidates through calls, job portals, and social media Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates Meeting daily/weekly hiring targets Maintaining candidate data and follow-ups Supporting end-to-end recruitment process
Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

Minimum HSC Pass / Any Graduate

Experience:

Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Age Criteria:

18 to 28 years

Skills Required:

Good communication skills Basic knowledge of recruitment is an advantage Target-oriented mindset

Shift Timing:

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Weekly Off:

Sunday (Fixed)

Salary:

?10,000 - ?15,000 (Depends on interview performance)
