Job Title: HR Recruiter (Work From Home)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Work Mode: 100% Work From Home

Experience: 0-3 Years (Freshers with good communication can apply)

Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media & referrals

Posting job openings on WhatsApp groups, portals & social platforms

Coordinating interviews between clients and candidates

Maintaining candidate database and follow-up records

Understanding client requirements and closing positions on time

Regular follow-ups with shortlisted candidates to ensure interview attendance

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (English, Hindi; Marathi preferred)

Basic knowledge of recruitment process

Ability to work independently from home

Familiarity with job portals, WhatsApp hiring & calling

Laptop / Smartphone with good internet connection

Eligibility:

Graduate / Under Graduate (any stream)

HR / MBA students can apply

Housewives & freelancers welcome
