Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to handle end-to-end recruitment. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to close positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Maintain recruitment data and candidate records Ensure a positive candidate experience

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field 1-2 years of recruitment or HR experience Good communication and coordination skills Familiar with job portals and sourcing techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
