Job Title: HR Recruiter (Female)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter (Female) with 2-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across multiple positions, ensuring timely closures while maintaining quality and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid-level, and senior roles
Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and align sourcing strategy
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews
Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for interview processes
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases
Ensure positive candidate experience and professional communication
Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Achieve monthly hiring targets within defined TAT
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle & hiring practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Experience in using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Good follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic HR documentation
Eligibility Criteria
Gender: Female
Experience: 2-3 years as HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA HR preferred)
Location: Pune (Candidates based in Pune preferred)
