Key Responsibilities

Hire for outlet staff, central kitchen team, and store roles Bulk hiring for new outlets and replacements Source via job portals, vendors, referrals & walk-ins Telephonic screening & interview coordination Ensure joining, documentation & onboarding Maintain hiring trackers and daily updates

Requirements

QSR / food industry recruitment experience preferred Experience in frontline & blue-collar hiring Ability to work with tight TATs Good communication (Hindi & basic English)
