Job Role:
We are hiring an
HR Recruiter
to handle end-to-end recruitment for overseas projects, including bulk hiring and candidate coordination.
Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates as per overseas job requirements
Handle bulk hiring (skilled, semi-skilled & unskilled categories)
Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates
Verify documents (CV, passport, certificates)
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
Coordinate with operations for medical, visa & deployment
Follow up with candidates to ensure timely joining
Requirements:
Graduate (HR or related field preferred)
1-3 years recruitment experience (overseas preferred)
Good communication & follow-up skills
Ability to handle targets and timelines
Basic knowledge of GCC recruitment is a plus
