Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or hiring managers.
Explain job roles, company policies, salary structure, and benefits to candidates.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Verify candidate documents, experience, and background details.
Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring status reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per targets.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
Handle candidate queries and provide professional communication.
Coordinate with HR operations for smooth joining and induction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
Negotiate salary and notice period within approved limits.
Manage recruitment for technical, non-technical, contractual, and permanent roles.
Support manpower planning and workforce requirements.
Provide regular hiring updates and feedback to management or clients.
