Handle end-to-end recruitment including, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
