who will manage end-to-end recruitment while also assisting the Founder in people-related coordination and operational support. This role requires strong ownership, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a

Recruitment & Hiring

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (requirement gathering to onboarding)

Hire for roles including:

Performance Marketers (Meta / Google Ads) SEO Executives Content, Creative & Design roles Sales / Business Development Operations & Support roles

Founder Assistance & Support:

Coordinate with Founder and Team Leads to understand hiring needs Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and direct outreach Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Schedule & coordinate technical and final interviews Manage offer letters, salary negotiations & joining formalities Maintain hiring trackers, candidate pipelines & MIS reports Ensure smooth onboarding and joining experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Experience hiring for Digital Marketing / Agency / Startup roles preferred Strong communication, coordination & follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Comfortable working directly with Founder Organized, proactive, and ownership-driven Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs & basic reporting

Nice to Have:

Experience working in Founder's Office / Startup environment Knowledge of ATS tools & hiring dashboards Understanding of digital marketing roles and skill sets
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹336,000.00 per year
