Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Share regular recruitment status reports.
Ensure timely closure of positions as per defined TATs.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain professional communication with candidates.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
