Key Responsibilities

Handle

bulk and lateral hiring

for QSR positions such as Team Members, Cashiers, Kitchen Crew, Shift In-Charge, Commi, DCDP, Store Managers, and Area Managers Source candidates through

job portals, walk-ins, referrals, consultants, and local hiring drives

Coordinate with

outlet managers and operations team

for manpower planning Screen resumes, conduct

telephonic and face-to-face interviews

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates for feedback and selection Issue

offer letters, appointment letters

, and manage documentation Ensure

joining, onboarding, and induction

of selected candidates Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate databases Handle

attrition replacement hiring

and urgent manpower requirements Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws (basic understanding)
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage

high-volume and fast-paced hiring

Good coordination and follow-up skills Basic knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding process Familiarity with QSR operations and staffing patterns (preferred) Educational Qualification Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or related field (preferred)
Experience

0.6 to 3 years of experience in

recruitment

, preferably in

QSR / Retail / Hospitality / FMCG

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
