Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team! You'll be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to fill open positions. This includes creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Make job offers and negotiate salaries
- Maintain candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
