Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates primarily through Internshala, job portals, and internal databases.
Post job openings on Internshala and track applicant responses.
Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate data, interview status, and hiring reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with HR and business teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
Support internship hiring drives and fresher recruitment initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
