. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, and coordination with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for broking and financial roles (Wealth Manager, Relationship Manager, Sales, Operations, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases
Screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of new joiners
Follow up with shortlisted candidates and manage offer rollouts
Maintain employee data and recruitment records as per company policy
Support HR operations and compliance activities when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field
Proven experience in
broking, BFSI, or financial services recruitment
Strong understanding of financial products and sales roles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Proficient in MS Excel, email communication, and HR portals
