Universal Education is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions across our schools. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and experience in education-sector hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR calls, and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interviews with school principals, academic heads, and management
Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
Support offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities
Assist in bulk hiring during academic hiring seasons
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field
1-2 years of experience in recruitment (education/school hiring preferred)
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Familiarity with job portals and basic HR tools
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple openings
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in consultancy
Immediate or short notice period preferred
Willing to work from the Malad office
