Manage full-cycle recruitment for cybersecurity trainers, instructors, IT professionals, and support staff
Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), referrals, and social media
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical interview rounds
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Draft and post job descriptions across recruitment platforms
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics
Handle offer letters, onboarding documentation, and background verification
Support HR policies, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives
Stay updated on cybersecurity hiring trends and talent market insights
