Manage end-to-end recruitment
Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, referrals, and creative hiring channels.
Understand job requirements and assess candidate suitability for open positions.
Coordinate with candidates for screening, tests, interviews, and offer processes.
Schedule interviews and work closely with hiring managers to share profiles and obtain feedback.
Prepare and share weekly recruitment status reports in the defined format.
Graduate or any equivalent degree in Human Resources or related field will be preferable
Fluent communication skills
Hand on experience with MS Office.
