Cryotech is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
to support our growing operations, particularly across technical, engineering, and operations roles. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment while ensuring alignment with Cryotech's culture, compliance standards, and long-term growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for technical, engineering, R&D, operations, sales and support roles
Understand departmental manpower requirements and work closely with management to define job roles
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals and social media platforms
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interview rounds
Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection and candidate communication
Support offer rollout, salary discussions, and negotiation within approved budgets
Coordinate onboarding formalities including documentation, background verification, and joining formalities
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws and confidentiality norms
Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in recruitment (technical hiring experience preferred)
Strong understanding of hiring for
engineering, R&D, industrial or manufacturing environments
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
Familiarity with HRMS tools, job portals and basic employment documentation
