Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the top management to define recruiting requirements.

- Develop an understanding of organization recruiting plans and objectives.

- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline appropriate to hiring needs by utilizing multiple sourcing channels.

- Actively source candidates to meet both current and future recruitment needs.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring team.

- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

Required Skills

- Proven experience as an HR recruiter or similar role.

- Demonstrated knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions.

- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.

- Networking and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

- Proactive and resourceful approach to recruitment.

- High level of attention to detail.
