Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Handle offer letters, negotiation, and joining formalities
Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires
Meet hiring targets within timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle
Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
Basic knowledge of HR policies and documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR portals
Key Competencies:
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Target-oriented approach
Ability to work under pressure
Team player with a positive attitude
