Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions in the automation domain.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, assess candidate suitability, and conduct preliminary interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a smooth experience.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Prepare and share recruitment reports as required.
