Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive, driven, and detail-oriented
Recruiter
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple mandates efficiently.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal database, references, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit.
Shortlist relevant profiles based on client requirements.
2. End-to-End Recruitment
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle--from sourcing to offer closure.
Maintain strong follow-ups with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.
3. Client Coordination
Understand detailed job requirements from clients.
Share timely updates, shortlisted profiles, and feedback.
Build strong client relationships by delivering quality and timely hiring support.
4. Database & Reporting
Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
Ensure all communication, feedback, and progress is recorded systematically.
Share daily/weekly reports with the internal team.
5. Employer Branding & Job Posting
Draft, update, and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms.
Promote open roles on LinkedIn and other social channels when required.
Maintain professional communication reflecting Whizz HR's brand values.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
