Screening & Interviewing:
Reviewing resumes, conducting phone/video/in-person interviews, assessing skills and fit.
Collaboration:
Working with hiring managers to define roles and needs, and with HR on processes.
Offer Management:
Negotiating salaries, benefits, and extending offers.
Onboarding Support:
Assisting with new employee integration.
Database Management:
Maintaining records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strategy:
Developing recruitment strategies and tracking key metrics .
Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Experience in recruitment (full-cycle preferred).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with HR software, ATS, and online sourcing tools.
