Duties and Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition



Handle full-cycle recruitment for various positions across departments. Identify hiring needs and job specifications in coordination with department heads. Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

2. Selection & Interviewing



Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability. Assist in preparing interview questionnaires and evaluation forms. Follow up with interview panels for timely feedback.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
